A.C.T. Chemical Dependency Assessment, Prime for Life Course, Chemical Dependency Treatment
The A.C.T. (Assessment Course Treatment) Program:
- Assessment – Chemical Dependency Assessment (CD Assessment) is an one-on-one appointment with a Licensed Addiction Counselor and will be scheduled when you register for the ACT Program.
- Course – The Prime for Life (PFL) course is a 12-hour evidence-based education course. The PFL course may not be required for every participant.
- Treatment – If you are a multiple offender or are assessed as having a chemical dependency, you will be recommended for treatment. A treatment program can be done at the Helena Indian Alliance or at a facility of your choice. Treatment programs are individualized and are not included in A.C.T. Program fees. Insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare may pay for treatment appointments.
$150 for Chemical Dependency Assessment, payment due at time of Registration.
$150 for Prime for Life Course (if needed), payment due to be added to class roster for upcoming course.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, you may now request the required paperwork be emailed to you, and pay for the ACT Program over the phone. You have to complete the paperwork yourself; another person cannot complete it for you. Attach a copy of your Court Order/Referral if applicable. You can take this program even if not referred by a Court.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, so please be sure when you register that this is the correct program for you, that you can attend your CD Assessment appointment and/or the Prime for Life Course.
Upcoming Prime for Life Course: Pre-Registration is required.
